This Course offers a full training package for new users to understand how to use Hero and to undertake NatHERS energy-rating simulations using Hero.

This course is intended to act as a required course for existing Accredited NatHERS assessors who wish to become accredited in Hero as an additional NatHERS Software tool with their nominated AAO, and to issue Certified (Accredited) NatHERS Energy Rating Certificates as per AAO requirements.

The training course has been approved by both the NatHERS administration & the various AAOs as sufficient training for a secondary software tool. Please note there is a Sample Dwelling Hero assessment task for Users to undertake. Once you have completed & passed the training and submitted your training course to your AAO, Accredited Assessors will be able to issue Accredited NatHERS Certificates through the Hero Web-Portal.

The course takes you through the following main areas:
- Hero's User Interface
- Hero's Model Space (Projects, Walls, Floors etc)
- A Sample Dwelling Walkthrough which Users will be required to also model within Hero themselves and upload for assessment.
